A simple, structured 30-day challenge to help you become someone who trains for capability in the real world.
Our first cohort starts on 11th May 2026.
They have a lack of structure and purpose.

We get it, we've been there - you're time is incredibly valuable when you work long-hours, spend evenings at networking events and spend time with family.
It's tempting to think you can outsource your fitness to an expensive gym class - but the reality is different.
Instead every session should contribute to your goals.
We're not trying to sell you a 30-day body-transformation or promise you can climb the Matterhorn by the end...
The '30-Day Challenge' is just the beginning.
We want to:
1 - You're part of a group all in it together. You may not be physically training in the same locations but you'll do the same workouts each day.
2 - The training is really simple and scalable.
3 - It's realistic and focusses on building consistency.
Let's be realistic - no short-term plans are going to turn you into a machine... This challenge is a structured starting point.

For little more than the price of one Barry's Bootcamp, 1Rebel or CrossFit session - you can join Jove Club's '30-Day Challenge' and start feeling more prepared for adventure.
Of course! You may be new training, a little out of practice or just want to learn how to train for adventure.
Generally between 30-45 min.
That's okay - the main goal is to start to build consistency.
We'll give you a minimal equipment version for each strength session.
You can cancel up to 7 days after the challenge starts for a full refund - no questions asked, no guilt tripping, no hard feelings.
